Rowan's Law pertains to concussion awareness, safety and management in Ontario.
Dorchester Minor Baseball Association has adopted Baseball Ontario's policy with respect to Rowan's Law. Refer to Baseball Ontario's website for policy details and resources:

Each Dorchester Minor Baseball Association team is required to assign a "designated person" or "designated persons" who will:
- familiarize themselves with Baseball Ontario's Rowan's Law resources generally and the Concussion Designated Person(s) policy specifically
- fill out the online form hosted on this website, confirming their willingness and commitment to performing Rowan's Law duties on behalf of their team
- attend games and practices and ensure participants are removed from participation when appropriate as related to possible concussion
